Port Arthur Man Sentenced To 80 Years

A Port Arthur man has been sentenced to 80 years in federal prison in connection with the

May 2010 shooting death of Allison Neil Clark of Port Acres. In April of last year, 35-year

old Sabino Orlando Martinez was convicted of conspiracy to interfere with interstate robbery,

conspiracy to use and carry firearms during a crime of violence, and conspiracy to possess

firearms during a drug trafficking crime. During the investigation, it was discovered Martinez

and  his co-defendants were responsible for the shooting death of Clark. She was shot while

driving on West Port Arthur Road. Testimony in trial revealed Martinez as the gunman.
