A $2 million bond has been set on a man accused of murderinghis 2-year old daughter in
Orange. 26-year old Yovahnis Roque is charged with capital murder. Police say Roque
used a hammer to beat his daughter to death at the family home Tuesday morning in
the 500 block of Azalea. In the courtroom yesterday, Roque told the judge that the government
made him do it and that he is not in control of his body. If convicted, Roque will face life in
prison or the death penalty.
