A Beaumont man has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury on two counts of
attempted sexual performance by a child and 10 counts of possession on child pornography.
46-year old Carlos Enrique Yalibat is accused of attempting to take explicit photos of three
young females that were staying with him at his residence in the 2300 block of Euclid in
Beaumont. The girls are daughters of a friend of his that was deported. The oldest of the three
girls reported Yalibit.
