Hollywood studios are feeling the strain of American’s staying home and social distancing. With a dinner and movie date not an option, at least temporarily, many of the major movie studios are postponing the release of their big spring and summer releases, while others are forgoing the theaters altogether and releasing it right to digital for rental on demand. Warner Brothers is postponing the release of their big summer blockbuster “Wonder Woman 1984” starring Gal Gadot and Chris Pine which will be pushed back to an August date, as well as Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical film adaptation of “In The Heights”.
