The DPS reports one person was killed this morning in a two-vehicle wreck on Highway 90,
less than a mile from the Beaumont city limits. A car was traveling south on Keith Road and
pulled onto Highway 90 in front of a dually pickup. The male driver of the car was pronounced
dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup was not hurt. The DPS is investigating the fatality.
