Port Arthur police are investigating an auto/pedestrian fatality. A 64-year old Port Arthur man
attempted to cross Jefferson Drive last night and walked in front of an oncoming vehicle. The
victim was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont where he died. The driver
of the vehicle was not hurt. The victim’s name has not been released.
