Olivia Grace Williamson’s fifth birthday party was cancelled because of coronavirus concerns.
Instead, her mom organized a “parade” where about 200 friends, family, and neighbors drove by with balloons and signs to cheer the girl up.
She says her daughter was smiling all day and she’s “beyond grateful” for her community’s support.
