Clean up continues following Saturday’s EF3 tornado that struck Southeast Texas. In Jefferson County, damage was reported along Pleasure Island, including an RV park. Wind damage was reported east of Winnie in Chambers County. Entergy-Texas reports more than 16,000 customers lost power across the region. Power was expected to be restored by the end of the day yesterday with the exception of the High Island/Bolivar Peninsula area where 6,900 customers are expected to have power restored by Noon today.
