Port Arthur police discovered more than a gunshot victim over the weekend. Police went to a home in the 4200 block of Forrest Drive and found a victim suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound. The shooter fled the scene. Inside the home police found marijuana, preloaded THC vape pins, an electronic credit card cloning device, blank credit cards, numerous bullets, and a firearm. An investigation is underway.
