Mick Jagger and Melanie Hamrick are engaged — and have been for for "two or three years"!
The 37-year-old choreographer and former ballet dancer shared the news in an interview with Paris Match; however, admitted that they don't have any solid plans to get married. “Maybe one day we’ll marry, maybe not," she admitted before explaining why. "We are so happy in our current life that I would be too afraid to change anything."
She and the 81-year-old musician have been together since 2014 and share a son, Deveraux, who was born in 2016. They met when Jagger was on tour with his band The Rolling Stones. If they do end up tying the knot, it will Jagger's second marriage. He was previously married to Bianca Jagger from 1971 to 1978, and shares a daughter with her named Jade.
The Rolling Stones singer has six other children: one with actor Marsha Hunt, four with model Jerry Hall, and one with model Luciana Gimenez Morad.
Jagger's former partner, Marianne Faithfull, passed away earlier this year. They didn't have children together, but Faithfull was pregnant in 1968 and tragically miscarried. The singer had admitted losing the baby was the beginning of the end of their relationship and noted how Jagger yearned to be a father.
