A man and woman are jailed for theft of metal. Beaumont police responded to the Goodhue Building in the 300 block of Pearl Street Mondy afternoon when a maintenance worker discovered cut copper in the building. Police searched the building and found 35 year old Jarrod Dobbs and 41 year old Sasha Swofford hiding on the 11th floor of the building. Both were arrested without incident.
