A man is jailed following a chase with Beaumont police in a stolen SUV. The pursuit started last night on Washington Blvd and ended with a crash at Highway 105 and Eastex Freeway. The fleeing driver caused several minor wrecks during the pursuit. The chase ended when the SUV crashed into another vehicle. No report on the extent of injuries.
