Port Arthur are investigating a fatality. The 2:00 Sunday afternoon head-on collision occurred on the MLK Bridge leading from Port Arthur to Pleasure Island. One driver died at the scene, the other was transported to the hospital. The bridge was closed for nearly three hours.
