K9 Rhino with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office used his nose yesterday to assist in the arrest of a man for drugs. Following a traffic stop on Highway 190 and Main Street in Jasper, Rhino sniffed out 6.7 grams of Methamphetamine in the vehicle leading to the arrest of 57 year old Mitchel Knight, of Jasper. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
