The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted for a Port Neches woman for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 39 year old Ashley Kaye Otems is accused of stabbing a man in the head inside an apartment in the 800 block of Ridgewood in Port Neches on November 23rd. She was arrested at the scene the day of the stabbing.
