So "Death to America". Isn't that special. A chant coming from a group just outside of Dearborn, Michigan over the weekend. It seems like the underbelly of our great nation is up for grabs from those that hate this country. Many are people who came here (legally) for the promise of freedom. The promise to practice one's beliefs and raise children without the threat of violence is another perk given to those lucky enough to be here, despite not being born here. Law and order, regardless of intents and purposes. You don't like the government, shoot it or shout it down. Those people, those doing the yelling wants everyone else to be stifled. Only they can disagree and if you do not agree with you, death. Is that a novel approach to running a country. It doesn't seem like the sensible course of action to this aging dinosaur.
It sure is in many parts of the world. Law and order seem to be an antiquated phrase that we just do not need any longer. Hey, America. You want to talk about racism? Maybe we better start using the "A" word. That would be annihilation. If someone wants you dead because you fail to agree with their terms or beliefs, you better watch your back. We probably need to listen to each other and pay more attention. Yes, and walk softly but carry a big stick because if the powers that be are not going to provide law and order, you may have to do it yourself. Oh, wait. That would be wrong. Besides, the government is here to help us. (I sure hope so.)
